Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5 to 18 completed years Children having bmi greater than or equals to adult equivalent of 27 kg per meter square for age and sex according to indian academy of pediatrics bmi chart for 5 to 18 years Written informed consent from parents or guardians Assent from children above 7 years as per ethical guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children aged below 5 years and above 18 years Children having bmi less than adult equivalent of 27 kg per meter square for age and sex according to indian academy of pediatrics bmi chart for 5 to 18 years Use of weight modifying medication for other health issues Participants with cognitive impairments
