Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a score of more than 80 on this premenstrual syndrome scale questionnaire Subjects who are willing to take part in the research after providing informed consent and signing the form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual on hormone therapy Medications for PMS Diagnosed with cancer Migraine Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Subjects under the influence of any psychoactive substances, sedatives, anxiolytics, anti-depressants, and consuming alcohol and nicotine Pregnant, lactating, and menstruating women No history of joint, motion, muscle, and bone diseases that reduce their ability to exercise No history of any mental and physical diseases
