Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Between the age group of 18 to 60 years 2 Patients who are fulfilling the diagnostic criteria 3 Psoriasis patients suffering from controlled Hypertension Diabetes mellitus 4 Patients who are willing to participate and sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with complications of psoriasis 2 Presence of systemic disease such as carcinoma HIV Malignant hypertension or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 3 Pregnant women and lactating mother 4 Patients with a past history of is he mic heart disease Myocardial infarction or stroke within the last 6 month 5 Patients suffering from major systemic illnesses or those undergoing long term drug therapy
