Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male football players aged 18 to 25 years. Minimum 2 years of regular playing experience. Players actively participating in training and competition. Participants representing different field positions like goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, forwards. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with recent musculoskeletal or neurological injuries. History of cognitive or psychological disorders. Inactive or non regular football participants. Unwilling or uncooperative participants.
