Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Regular intervals of menstruation(21-35days) for last 6 months. 2.Normal menstrual flow. 3.BMI between 18-24kg/cm2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Females with dysmenorrhea. 2. Participants diagnosed with gynaecological disorders. 3. With a history of chronic illness or endocrine disorders. 4. Regularly using hormonal contraceptives. 5. Individuals with psychiatric illness.

Variation in Naadi characteristics across different menstrual phases. Timepoint: between 2nd and 5th day of cycle one to three days before ovulation 14th day between five to nine days after ovulation respectively
