Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted and operated in the department of orthopaedics. 2.Age group 18 years to 75 years. 3.American Society Of Anesthesiologists Grade I,II,III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to understand pain assessment score. 2.Extreme terminal age group below 18 years and above 75 years. 3.American Society Of Anesthesiologists Grade IV and above.
