Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical features of Varicose veins,Those who give assent or consent, as per requirement,Those who are fit for Siravedhana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Asadhya Vrana / Non healing venous or arterial ulcer over lower limb 2. Any previous Lower limb surgery either orthopaedic or Surgical procedure 3. Trauma or post traumatic injury 4. Chronic Vascular disease i.e. TAO, Atherosclerotic changes over Artery 5. Ager group other than Inclusion criteria 6. Type 2 DM, patient under Anticoagulant

MeasureTime frame
By comparing selected patients of Lower limb varicose veins for both procedures with same selection criteria before and after treatment for Siravedhana and EVA.Timepoint: within 15-20 days post procedure

MeasureTime frame
outcome of the comparative study will be differ from each other ELVA- may recurrence occurs in future Siravedhana: Possible recurrence of diseasesTimepoint: 20-25 days post procedure
