Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac device implantation at PGIMER, Chandigarh will be eligible for screening. 2. Patients of age group between 20-80 years will be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior ipsilateral shoulder injury or surgery 2. Ipsilateral mastectomy 3. Cerebrovascular accident with ipsilateral arm involvement 4. Enrollment in another research study 5. Inability or refusal to perform exercises as prescribed or to attend follow-up visits 6. Refusal to provide informed consent.
