Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimum one year of continuous formal sports training 2. Willingness to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-sportspersons or recreational players. 2. Athletes with known psychiatric or major chronic illnesses. 3. Unwilling participants.
