Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Panchakarma therapists of both sex between age group 21 to 55 yrs working for minimum of 3 years and at least 5 hours in a day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital musculoskeletal anomalies such as Muscular Dystrophy Clubfoot Scoliosis Pregnant women working as panchakarma therapist Panchakarma therapists who are unwilling to participate or unable to complete the study questionnaire Panchakarma therapists with a history of trauma , musculoskeletal injuries or surgery related to the musculoskeletal system.
