Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed cases of dermatophytosis 2.Patients not on any antifungal treatment or those who have completed a wash-out period of 3 months. 3.Patients having a baseline Dermatology Life Quality Index score between 6 and 30, indicating moderate to extremely large impact on quality of life.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with non-dermatophytic fungal infections such as: Candidiasis Pityriasis versicolor 2.Patients with severe systemic illnesses. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients with mixed skin infections requiring emergency or surgical intervention 5.Patients currently receiving homoeopathic treatment for any other disease. 6.Patients already enrolled or registered in another clinical study during the study period
