Intervention1: Pilates exercise: Pilates exercise is given for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Control Intervention1: Plyometric training: Plyometric training is given for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with no history of any kind of injury. Players with age group between 18-25 years old. Minimum 2 years of experience. Both genders male and female will be included in the study. Players who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with history of any recent injury surgery. Players who are engaged in any other kind of exercise program. Players with no history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diseases or disorder. Players with positive doping test or recent history of substance abuse.
