Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of diabetes mellitus type 2 Age group 40-70 years All patients of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) with diabetic macular edema Patient willing to give written informed consent and willing to participate in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any ocular pathology obscuring the Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) imaging Presence of any other ocular disease or posterior segment disorder like glaucoma, uveitis, Age Related Macular Disease or any vascular occlusive disease affecting macula. Treated with laser photocoagulation Received intravitreal antiVEGF injection in preceding 6 months Patients with poorly controlled blood sugar levels Patients who do not follow up after at least 1 month following intravitreal antiVEGF injection Not able to perform YBP in YBP group Any lung disease like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma Patient with chronic kidney disease Any intraocular surgery in past 1 year Patients with past history of posterior segment surgeries or any history of past ocular trauma. Unwilling and uncooperative patient
