Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed patients of Parikartika based on classical signs and symptoms will be taken for the current study. 2. Patients between the age group of 18 - 60 years of both gender, irrespective of religion, occupation and economic background. 3. Patients willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 4. Patients not taking other treatment for Parikartika (fissure in ano) are selected for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age group 18 years and above 60 yrs. 2. Patients with systemic diseases. 3. Patients with infectious diseases. 4. Patients with chronic fissure and sentinel tag. 5. Patients diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. 6. Patients not willing to participate in the study. 7. Patients suffering from bleeding disorders. 8. Patients with known allergy to any contents of Panchaguna Taila or Nirgundi Taila.
