Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of all age and both sexes. Cases which are diagnosed clinically in the OPD according to history, sign and symptoms and physical examinations Cases which are previously diagnosed by otolaryngologist Cases confirmed with imaging (X-ray/CT) if indicated or needed Cases willing to give informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases having gross pathology like atrophic nasal mucosa nasal and sinus tumors nasal polyps etc Cases with active severe respiratory illnesses like tuberculosis known malignancy etc Cases with immunocompromised conditions like AIDS etc Pregnant and lactating mothers Cases with very severe sinusitis SNOT 22 score more than 50
