Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20 35 years Postpartum women who had Normal or Caesarean delivery Singleton term delivery Postpartum woman who is sociological ,economical & physical fit. Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with preterm baby Patient with cases of IUFD Delivery of Twin babies History of Post Partum Hemorrhage History of Gestational HTN, Gestational DM History of Pre-Eclampsia, Eclampsia Women with infants admitted to NICU Women with infant having Congenital Anomalies. Fetal convulsion, fetal infection, Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Perceived Stress Score and tolerance in postpartum women assessed using the maternal postpartum stress scale (MPSS) and brief-COPE scale at defined intervals (every 15 days up to 1.5 month postpartum).Timepoint: Baseline (15 20 days postpartum) 30 days postpartum 45 days postpartum
