Intervention1: Heel raise: A modified footwear with a Heel raise of 6.6cm is inlcuded in the study for male subjects where as female subjects will be asked to bring their own foot wear with heel rais

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of both genders (male and female) will be included. Subjects between 20 and 39 (young adults) years of age Normal healthy individuals will be included with BMI of 18.5-24.9kg/m2 Subjects who will give written consent Females with their own footwear with heel height of 6.6cm using for 2 days a week from past 6 months will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have previous surgery or injury of 6 months related to ankle, knee, pelvic, and lumbar. Subjects with any pain during the time of data collection. Subjects with any experimental site skin infections, allergic reactions or lesions. Subjects with any neurological condition which making them difficult to stand still. Subjects with involvement of any motor and sensory impairment. Deformity in foot, knee and hip. Subjects with radiculopathy to the lower limb. Pregnant woman
