Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients greater than or equal to 18 years of age admitted to ICU. 2.Patients with urinary catheter greater than or equal to 48 hours of ICU admission. 3.Urine culture samples sent after greater than or equal to 48 hours of ICU admission only
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are already started on antifungal therapy at ICU admission. 2. Patients with all stages of CKD 3. Patients who are already initiated on RRT 4. Patients without urinary catheter 5. Patients with pre existing candiduria 6. Pregnant women
