Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses having worked there for at least 6 months in selected wards of B.R.A.IRCH, AIIMS New Delhi. Nurses who consent to participate in the study. Nurses who are able to read and understand English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are on long leave during the study.
