Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular participation in badminton for at least six months. 2. Ability to participate in high-intensity physical activity without any medical restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of serious injury or surgery in the lower extremities within the past six months. 2. History of musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disorders. 3. Previous exposure to structured plyometric or step aerobic training in the last 3 months.
