Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than equal to 18 years of both sexes ASA grade I or II patients Elective surgery (non cardiac, non obstetrics).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor acoustic window Patient refusal. Dyspnea. Systolic blood pressure more than or equal to180 mmHg. Systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg. Significant valvular disease. Patient who is on negative fluid balance treatment. Pheochromocytoma. Epidural catheter in use.
