Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Age-30 to 50 years, either gender, known case of hypertension with or without medication Control group: Age-30 to 50 years, either gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery disease, 2. Congenital heart disease, 3. Cardiomyopathy, 4. Cerebrovascular disease, 5. Chronic kidney disease, 6. Significant (more than mild) primary valvular disease, 7. Poor echocardiographic window
