Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult humans blood will be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Metabolic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, hypertenstion, immune disorders,etc. 2)Subjects in the convalescent phase of any infection. 3)Subjects who are on any medications.
