Intervention1: Group A: Heart 7 (HT7, Shenmen) acupuncture.: Bilateral HT7 acupuncture using sterile stainless filiform needles.0.5 cun depth insertion.Needling in the supine position for 30 minutes.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female adults aged 18 35 years. Normal resting heart rate and blood pressure. Willing to participate and give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory, endocrine, or psychiatric illness. Use of medications affecting autonomic function. Pregnant or lactating women. Substance use (alcohol, tobacco, caffeine) within 12 hours before assessment. Prior acupuncture exposure within the past month.
