Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with shoulder joint pain and limited mobility of shoulder, at stiffness stage Mild to moderate pain on visual analogue scale Willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe co-morbidities and unstable medical conditions Tenderness, trauma, or bone lesions or injury to shoulder Pregnant and lactating mothers Patients who received corticosteroids or any other intra-articular injection within past 6 weeks History of allergy to oils or topical drugs
