Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age group between 20 to 40 years having fibroid size less than or equal to 3cm as per USG report with single or multiple uterine fibroids The patient either asymptomatic or having clinical sign and symptoms of uterine fibroid Women with Hb equal or more than 8gm% Patient willing and able to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with fibroid Patients with any systemic illness such as tuberculosis hypertension diabetes mellitus thyroid dysfunction etc Patients having any malignant diseases or immunological deficiency disorders will be excluded from the study
