Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group: 15 25 years Freestyle wrestlers Both male and female participants Professional players who have been actively training and competing in wrestling for at least 1 year Subjects willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma or fracture within the last 3 months Severe lower-body injuries related to the Knee and ankle within last 6 months Current pain or history of surgery to the lower limb
