Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Grade 1 hypertension patients Firstly diagnosed cases of hypertension or the cases who are not on hypertensive medication Hb% 10gm/dl or more Both genders Patients willing to take part in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Grade 2,3 hypertension (SBP 159mmHg or more and/or DBP 99mmHg BP or more). Excluding patients who have associated clinical conditions which are: Cerebro vascular disease, heart disease, renal disease, peripheral vascular disease, and advanced retinopathy. Patients suffering from psychiatric disorder. Patients with generalized skin infection. Patients with blood disorders like hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, etc. Patients with secondary hypertension. Pregnant women & lactating mothers. Patients who fail to give consent for the trial and follow up. Patients having abnormal ECG findings.
