Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with snhl with duration of symptoms less than 6months Intact tympanic membrane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with chl and mixed hearing loss Perforated tympanic membrane Presbycusis Retrocochlear pathology Post ct rt M ni re s disease Recent use of ototoxic drugs
