Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years All genders Patients with liver cirrhosis Patients who underwent non-hepatic surgery. Patients with Coagulopathy based on conventional coagulation tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Child A disease Patients on antiplatelet agents Patients on anticoagulants Patients with coagulation disorder other than due to liver failure

To analyse perioperative prophylactic ROTEM guided blood product management in patients with end stage liver disease and coagulopathy coming for non-hepatic surgeries. We want to investigate the effect of adopting ROTEM based targeted transfusion practices in these patients over conventional ones through this retrospective study.Timepoint: preoperative, postoperative day 0,1,2
