Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 18 and 45 years. Participants with forward head posture defined as craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees. Participants with neck pain intensity between 3 and 7 on Numerical Pain Rating Scale. Participants who are willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any recent Fracture or trauma on the chest and thoracic region. 2.Known case of respiratory disease, spine or thoracic surgery. 3.Individuals with upper back pain, any cervical condition e.g. spondylosis, radiculopathy, cervical rib etc. 4.Pregnancy. 5.Diagnosed case of Vestibular involvement. 6.Contraindications to manual therapy
