Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults more than 18 years undergoing CSP for one or more colorectal polyps less than 10 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: To compare the safety of cold snare polypectomy for small colonic polyps in patients receiving uninterrupted aspirin therapy versus those receiving clopidogrel therapy in terms of the following 1.Incidence of immediate significant bleeding 2.Requirement of clips, epinephrine injection, or snare tip soft coagulation during CSP 3.Incidence of delayed postpolypectomy bleeding within 30 days. 4.Clinically significant drops in hemoglobin. 5.The requirement for blood transfusions postprocedure. 6.Hemodynamic compromise like hypotension, shock requiring interventions.
