Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between the age group of 10-14 years irrespective of gender, religion and socioeconomic status. 2. Systemic disorders indicated for Swedana such as respiratory, gastrointestinal and neurological diseases. 3. Children whose parents / guardians are willing to give written informed assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who are not cooperative for Swedana. 2. Children who are known case of language disorders and behavioral diseases. 3. Children who are contraindicated for Swedana.

MeasureTime frame
1.To develop preliminary standards for Nadisweda in early adolescent children indicated for Swedana, and to assess it s immediate physiological impact based on both Objective, Subjective criteria and health related quality of life. 2.To compare the responses between male and female adolescent childrenTimepoint: 1.body temperature, vital parameters, pH of skin, skin turgor, time of appearance of sweat flow, temperature of steam, room temperature, relative humidity- everyday before and after nadisweda (on 1st,2nd,3rd day) 2.urine pH and specific gravity, weight of the subject, subjective parameters, health related quality of life index- on 0th and 4th day
