Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 40 years with nonspecific neck pain of more than 3 months duration. presenting with forward head posture and scapular dyskinesis. both male and female. willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cervical radiculopathy, fracture, inflammatory disorders, previous cervical or shoulder surgery, neurological deficits, malignancy, or systemic illness
