Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Subject with age group 18 to 60 years. 2) Subject irrespective of gender, marital status, socio- economic status, religion, occupation etc. 3) Subject with BMI less than 18.5kg/M2 4) Subject with stable general medical condition (No acute medical emergency). 5) Subject who is not currently undergoing any measure weight gain therapy. 6) unintentional weight loss, typically exceeding 5-10% of body weight over a period of 3-6 month. 7) Subject who agrees to sign consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Subject with age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2) Subject with BMI More than 18.5kg/M2 3) Known systemic diseases explaining weight loss: active tuberculosis, uncontrolled HIV/AIDS, malignancy, chronic renal failure, or decompensated liver disease. 4) Endocrine disorders causing emaciation (untreated hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled Type 1 diabetes mellitus). 5) Subject with any major psychiatric disorders. 6) Use of medications known to cause significant weight loss or alter metabolism (e.g. chronic systemic corticosteroids, stimulants, certain antiretrovirals). 7) Recent major surgery, hospitalization, or acute severe infection within 4 weeks prior to enrollment. 8) Pregnant and lactating women. 9) Subject suffering from any systemic disease like renal, thyroid disorders etc. 10) Subject not giving consent.
