Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 40-75 years diagnosed case of neurodegenerative disease who is on oral medications neuro degenerative patients with at least one co-morbidty. patient who take at least 3 oral pills per day mini mental status examination score between 16-19.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious patients, Patients with severe bilateral vision loss (Blind), Patient who are on only intravenous medication, patient with no available caregiver, Patient who use mobile or apps reminding or which give alert to the medications, Patient who refuses to take oral medication, Patients receiving medications through Nasogastric tube, patients on medications that require strict dose requirement based on laboratory values.
