Inclusion criteria: Subjects with classical sign and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata like Vatapurnata in Sandhi Drutisparshata Shotha while Prasaranaakunchana Vedana in Sandhi Subjects of age 60 and above 60 years of either sex Subject who willing to participate and gives written consent
