Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elite Javelin throwers Males and females will be included Age group: Under 23 years Athletes with at least 1-2 years of competitive experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with a history of recent shoulder injury, fracture or surgery (within the last 6 months). Athletes with known neurological or cardiovascular disorders Individuals with diagnosed congenital deformities that could affect shoulder biomechanics.
