Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain, upper back pain, and shoulder pain since more than 3 months 2. Neck Disability Index score more than 10 percent 3. Visual Analogue Scale atleast 4 4. Short Version-Smartphone Addiction Scale more than 30 5. Daily Average Digital Screen Usage time atleast 5 Hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent surgical history of cervical spine or upper back 2. Skin allergies patient 3. Wound over cervical spine and shoulder region 4. Any congenital condition such as torticollis 5. Pateint diagnosed as cervical spine rediculopathy 6. Patient with migraine
