Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female patient between age group 18yrs to 40 yrs with regular cycle of 28 days 2) patient complaining of previous history of Raktapradara (Menorrhagia) for at least 3 consecutive cycle 3) patient having Hb more than 7gm% 4) K/c/o DM under control and medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with k/c/o pelvic uterine pathalogy 2) patient having Hb less than 7gm% 3) patient with IUCD and OC pills or on Harmonal treatment 4) post delivery (8months) ,post MTP bleeding, Menopause 5) patient with systemic disorders like HTN, Thyroid Dysfunction,TB 6) patient with previously diagnosed genetic disorders 7) pateint with regular taking any other medications
