Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subject with age between 17-25 years. Subject having regular menstrual cycle of 28-35 days. Subject with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain rating score more than or equal to 4. Subject with pre-diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea (or having WALIDD Scale score is equal to or more than 1). Subject with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subject with any acute or chronic pelvic pathology. Subject with history of menstrual cycle irregularity. Subject using any painkillers. Subject who is attending physical activity like swimming, fitness centre. Subject with malignancy. Pregnancy. Subject with recent surgery or metal implantation in pelvic area, thoracic or lumbar spine. Subject with skin infections. Non co-operative subjects. Subject with neurological problems (like stroke, vestibular dysfunction). Subject with secondary dysmenorrhea (like endometriosis, ovarian cyst, fibroids).
