Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female 2. Age group between 40-60 years 3. An individual who will voluntarily participate in the study 4. Individual with independent functional movement and ambulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Below 40 years and above 60 years of age group 2.Individual with any endocrine, neurological, or musculoskeletal condition that affects balance and agility. 3.Subjects with visual, vestibular, or balance related impairments. 4.Any history of accidents, surgery, or cardiovascular conditions in past. 5. An individual with a recent fracture and an unhealed fracture
