Exclusion criteria: CASES Known Case Of Cardiac Diseases Or Kidney Diseases Or Arterial Diseases Vulnerable Group Like Pregnant And Lactating women children geriatric and cognitive impaired patients CONTROLS Known case of Malignant Carcinoma or OCP or Parathyroid pathology or Thyroidectomy Participants who are on medications like Steroids lithium OCP that affect Thyroid functions Vulnerable group like pregnant and lactating women children geriatric and cognitive impaired patients
