Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants of age from 18 26 year old will be taken. 2.Participants of both genders Male and female will be taken. 3.College going students willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complain of lower back pain 2. Spinal, abdominal and lower extremity injury or had undergone recent surgical interventions 3. Individuals with chronic illnesses affecting weight or mobility. 4. Heavy smokers 5. Chronic alcohol abuse 6. Anyone undergoing any type of core strength training.
