Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2.Participants experiencing mild to moderate stress (measured using a validated scale) 3.Participants reporting poor sleep quality. 4.Participants who provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed anxiety, depression, or other mental health illness which require medical treatment. 2.Current use of sleep medications. 3.Participants who has experienced major past trauma.
