Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with acute fissure in ano by clinical examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of colorectal carcinoma Crohns disease ulcerative colitis intestinal tuberculosis Known case of anaemia Hb less than 9 gm perdL Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Known cases of HIV Hepatitis B infection and other Venereal diseases
