Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender. BMI from 30.0 to 39.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient suffering from Raktapitta, Jwar, Pittaprakruti, Bala, Vrudhha, Durbalala, Bhrama, Mada, Murchha, and Timira as per Shushrut Samhita. 2) Patients diagnosed with endocranial disorders. 3) Pregnancy and lactating mothers. 4) Patients having hormonal imbalance like PCOS, etc. 5) Patients with genetic disorders. 6) Patients having morbid obesity: BMI above 40.0 7) Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, hypothyroidism, renal disease, neurological diseases, hyperacidity, and AIDS will be excluded.
