Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female Kabaddi players18-35 years of age 2.Currently playing or training in Kabaddi (minimum 3 sessions or week) 3.Clinical diagnosis of Achilles tendon injury confirmed by a qualified clinician. Symptom duration greater than 4 weeks and less than 12 months (subacute to early chronic presentation). 4.Pain or symptoms localized to the Achilles region during sport-related activity 5.Ability to perform the standardized Kabaddi-specific tasks (lunge, lateral cut, backtrack) with or without mild pain. For healthy group 1.Male or female Kabaddi players aged 18 35 years matched to injured participants. 2.No history of Achilles tendon pain, tendinopathy, or lower-limb surgery in the past 24 months of both lower 3.Currently active in Kabaddi (minimum 3 sessions or week). 4.Able to perform all Kabaddi-specific tasks without pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Not able to perform Kabaddi tasks without pain. 2.History of lower-limb surgery (e.g., ACL reconstruction, Achilles repair) 3.History of Neurological disorders, peripheral neuropathy, or central nervous system conditions 4.History of any skin diseases allergy and local skin conditions, open wounds, or dermatitis at electrode sites. 5.Recent (less than 3 months) corticosteroid injection into the Achilles region. 6.History of any other musculoskeletal injury or disorder in lower limb. 7.History of any cardiopulmonary and psychological disorder. 8.Player having any metal implant in the body. 9.Players involved in any other game. 10.Any other condition that may affect the participation of the players.
