Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients complaining of Asrigdara with any one of the following features Patients having heavy menstrual bleeding. (amount greater than 80 ml per cycle) Patients having prolonged menstrual bleeding more than their usual cycle duration. Inter menstrual bleeding. Willingness of patients. Females after attaining menarche till menopause. (married & unmarried)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having bleeding due to abortion. Bleeding from site other than the uterus. Known cases of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and Coagulation disorders. Patients suffering from malignancies and chronic systemic diseases. Patients having STIs. Patients using Intra uterine contraceptive device or OCPs. Patients having severe anaemia. (According to WHO less than 7gm per dl) If a patient conceives during trial.
