Intervention1: Clean gloves: Using clean gloves while suctioning endotracheal tubes in mechanically ventilated children. The study duration for each child will begin with the initiation of suctioning

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children aged 1 month to 15 years admitting to PICU and requiring invasive mechanical ventilation. Expected ventilation duration more than 48 hours based on clinical judgement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Closed suction being used as suction method as per physician decision

Ventilation Associated Infection is measured as a composite outcome with the occurrence of the either of the following events at the end of 14 ventilator days. a. Ventilator Associated Pneumonia b.
